Friday Coloring Challenge (on Tuesday)

Good morning!  Happy Tuesday!  Hope you had a good weekend and a great start to your week. Is anyone but me freaking out that Christmas is only a little more than a week away?  Of course, I am not prepared in the least and I have so much going on right now that I know I will be rushing at the last minute.  Anyway, I am here, although a few days late, with my DT card for this week's Friday Coloring Challenge at The Outlawz.  The theme this week is "gifts/gift packaging".  Perfect for those last minute cards or gift-card holders, right?  You can use any coloring medium you'd like, but you must have a hand-colored image somewhere on your project to enter.

Here is my card:

My card base and mats are SU Cherry Cobbler and the patterned papers are from the American Crafts Merrymint 6x6 pad.  The sweet image is Aurora Christmas Card by The East Wind.  Let's just say there was a gift card inside!  I colored her with my Copics and added some Polar White Flower Soft to her ear muffs.  The sentiment is from Create With TLC.  A few festive stocking stickers finished my card.

Here is a close-up of the colored image:

Thanks for stopping by!  Be sure to visit the Friday Coloring Challenge and check out the beautiful projects from the rest of my teammies.  We hope you will play along!  The December challenges are being sponsored by The East Wind.  The lucky winner will get to choose 3 digis from The East Wind Etsy shop.  Head over to the shop and check out Unky's fabulous digis!

Have a great day and see you soon!
